Fee Structure
Our User-Friendly Fee Model
No Direct User Fees: CipherX does not charge any direct fees to users. Instead, our revenue is generated through rebated commissions earned from transactions processed via our network of exchange partners. This ensures users never pay more than they would when transacting directly on those exchanges.
Exchange Partner Fees: Each partner exchange independently determines transaction fees based on variables such as token liquidity, market volatility, transaction slippage, and network costs. These partner-set fees are transparently reflected in every transaction quote.
Fee Allocation
Distribution of Fees: Total fees average approximately 0.50% of the transaction volume. Of this, around 0.45% directly supports the CipherX Staking Program, while the remainder is allocated to platform development and operational costs.
Treasury Operations: The CipherX Treasury manages all collected fees by:
Aggregating revenue from exchange partners.
Converting these proceeds through automated buybacks into $CPX, the platform’s native token.
Allocating funds to development, ecosystem expansion, and operational management.
