Private Transaction Data
At CipherX, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of user privacy and data security. Our approach to data management is built on three core principles: compliance, transparency, and minimal retention. We store only what is necessary to meet regulatory requirements and provide effective support — nothing more.
Data Retention for Support
Duration: Transaction data from Private Mode is temporarily stored for up to 72 hours to enable our support team to assist with user inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Automatic Deletion: After this period, all related transaction data is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems.
Compliance and Legal Requirements
Exchange Partner Obligations: In certain cases, data may be retained in line with the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC policies of our exchange partners.
Law Enforcement Requests: If legally required, CipherX may retain or provide specific data to authorized law enforcement agencies.
Support Team Access: Our support team retains access to transaction data only until the user’s issue has been fully resolved.
Website and Analytical Data
No Tracking Cookies: CipherX does not use tracking cookies or any tools that monitor individual user behavior.
Aggregated Insights Only: We collect aggregated, anonymous usage data to improve system performance and plan future product updates.
Privacy by Default: None of this information can be used to personally identify or trace any CipherX user.
